Meat Pie:
1lb Ground Beef
1lb Ground Pork (blade meat)
1 Medium Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Bell's Seasoning
1 cup of Mashed Potato's (do not add butter or milk tot hep potatoes)
Pillsbury Frozen Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put peeled potatoes to a boil. Place all ingredients except potatoes into a separate pot. Cook stirring often, until meat is cooked. Drain meet well. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Line pan with crust and add meat filling. Add top. Cut vents into top and crimp edges. Bake in the oven at 350 until crust is brown. About a 1/2 hour.
Salmon Pie:
1 Can of Red Salmon
5lbs of Potatoes
1lg Onion
1 Stick of Butter
3 Pie Crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes & cut into small pieces. Place in salted water and boil. While boiling potatoes, open can of salmon and place on plate. Clean bone and skins off. Set aside. Chop the onion and saute with stick of butter until onions are soft, then remove from heat. When potatoes are done mash them. Add salmon to the pan with the onions & butter, stir & then add mixture to the potatoes. Mix well. Place the pie crusts into pie plates and add the salmon. Add top. Cut vents & crimp edges. Bake in the oven at 350 until crust is light brown. About a 1/2 hour.
